Murphy's Absolute Home Care LLC was founded in 2017 by Roshanda Bazemore in response to the need for quality home care services in Norfolk, VA. Prior to starting Murphy's Absolute Home Care LLC, Roshanda was employed in the nursing field for over 25 years. She has always had a passion and desire to care for other people. Roshanda is dedicated and committed to advocating for all health care needs. She began to take interest in the nursing field in the early 90's when her late grandmother Caldonia Murphy's health began to decline. As she observed  her 12 year old sister take care of her grandmother, she discovered her calling. Suffering the loss of her beloved grandmother inspired her to enter the nursing field. 

      Roshanda found herself passionately working numerous hours in  healthcare throughout the Hampton Roads area and found it very rewarding and exciting. She walked away from a days work knowing she was bringing joy and making a difference in other people lives.
